At Salon LaMont, we strive to maintain a positive and team-oriented working environment. Our team of artists are very friendly, hardworking, and outgoing individuals.
We are looking for creative candidates with an eye for design, a growth mindset, and a thirst for knowledge in fine-tuning their skills. Additionally, stylists need to be expert “people persons” to attract and retain long-term customers.
We are currently accepting stylists who are looking for booth rent.
Responsibilities:
Consulting clients on hair styling options
Describing the benefits of different hair care products
Listening to clients’ needs to determine their preferences
Shampooing, cutting, coloring, and highlighting hair
Acting as salespersons to sell clients hair care retail products
Building a personal relationship with clients to ensure return visits
Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards
Managing bookings and welcoming clients into the store
Keeping up to date on hairstyle trends and styling methods
Requirements:
Valid license from a cosmetology school
Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good verbal communication
Physical stamina
Creative mindset and a good eye for design
